Julie has been teaching in the fitness field for over 30 years, and pilates for the past 20 years. She is certified to work with those who have issues including low bone density, pain and movement restrictions. She can help you get stronger, more flexible, and improve balance all in a safe manner. She utilizes pilates machines and special props to help you feel your body. She believes in personalized workouts and individual attention for those seeking a healthier lifestyle.

Classes are held live most Fridays from 9:30–10:20 AM (EST) and focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and posture using simple props to enhance your workout. Can’t make it to the live class? You can now purchase a recording of the session for just $10, allowing you to take the class anytime and as often as you’d like—perfect for fitting Pilates into your own schedule.
