Julie has been teaching in the fitness field for over 30 years, and pilates for the past 20 years. She is certified to work with those who have issues including low bone density, pain and movement restrictions. She can help you get stronger, more flexible, improve balance and speed all in a safe manner. She utilizes pilates machines and special props to help you feel your body. She believes in personalized workouts and individual attention for those seeking a healthier lifestyle.
Group pilates mat classes are a great way to stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Learn to use props like foam rollers, pilates rings and therabands. Classes are safe for those with low bone density and back issues. Classes are being held online during the Corona threat. Class times are Mondays 6:00pm - 7:00pm, Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30pm, and Fridays 9:30-10:30am
